What does Credit Redemption do exactly?
We help you understand your credit report, identify any inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items, and guide you in disputing them with the credit bureaus. We also provide credit education and offer tools to help you build healthier financial habits over time.
Can you remove negative items from my credit report?
If an item on your report is inaccurate, outdated, or cannot be verified, we can help you initiate a dispute. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of any item—only credit bureaus have the authority to remove entries after investigation.
Do you guarantee an increase in my credit score?
No. Under federal law, we are not allowed to guarantee specific results, including score increases. Every credit profile is different, and outcomes vary based on your unique situation and the actions you take.
How long does the process take?
Credit improvement is not instant. Some clients see progress within a few months, while for others it may take longer. We provide tools to track your progress and guide you step by step.
Do you charge upfront fees?
No. In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge any fees until after services have been rendered. For example, we may charge a “First Work Fee” after your credit consultation or audit is completed—not before.
Do I have to speak to someone over the phone?
Not at all. We avoid phone-based signups to ensure security and compliance. You can sign up and manage everything through secure online forms, email, and client portals.
Can I fix my credit myself?
Yes. You have the legal right to dispute items on your own for free. Many people choose to work with us for our experience, structure, and ability to save them time and stress while guiding them through the process.
Is this service legal and compliant?
Absolutely. We operate strictly within the guidelines of federal and state laws, including CROA and TSR. We focus on honest communication, transparent pricing, and consumer rights.
What makes Credit Redemption different?
We don’t make unrealistic promises. Instead, we focus on education, compliance, and realistic, step-by-step support that helps you better understand and manage your credit for the long term.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Just complete our free online credit consultation form. From there, we’ll review your situation, send you a breakdown of your credit report, and provide a personalized action plan. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll guide you through each step of the process with clear communication and no hidden fees.
